THE STORY OF DERRIC VAN RENSBURG

Starting at the age of ten with pencil drawings, Derric has transitioned through the commercial and manufacturing aspects of the creative arts, to teaching art, to finally becoming a professional artist in 1986. 

His first exhibition was held in Cape Town in 1978 and sold out within days. He has exhibited in South Africa, Portugal, England, Italy, Australia and Germany.

Derric's career was celebrated in a coffee table book published in 2007 to coincide with the his 55th birthday.
